Emily Greene is an energetic and passionate music educator from Alabama. Her philosophy is that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow as a musician, regardless of age, background, or ability. She is dedicated to helping students develop their vocal technique and confidence while exploring their musical interests, creativity, and individual potential.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Choral Music Education from the University of Alabama. Upon graduating, she served as a middle school choral director for two years, working with young people across a wide range of experience and ability levels. Since then, Emily has taught students ranging from ages 3 to 78 in voice, piano, drums, and ukulele.

Her teaching style is influenced by the Kodály method, as well as Dalcroze Eurhythmics, Orff-Schulwerk, and the Suzuki method. She brings a variety of musical genres and styles into her classroom and particularly enjoys exploring the storytelling behind a piece of music—using character, emotion, and intention to connect singing with acting and performance.

Emily is passionate about creating a warm and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable taking creative risks, developing their skills, and growing in confidence. She is thrilled to join the Seren Arts Hollywood team and help create an integrated performing arts experience where every child feels supported and excited to learn.
