3. Responsibilities
3.1 Management: The management of Seren Arts is responsible for ensuring that health and safety measures are effectively implemented, monitored, and reviewed.
3.2 All staff, whether employed or contracted, share responsibility for maintaining a safe environment. They must cooperate with the management to enable compliance with health and safety requirements
To achieve this, the contract worker must:
Co-operate with the Company in health and safety matters.
Not intentionally interfere or misuse equipment.
Report potential hazards and risks promptly to the school manager.
Carry out all activities and supervisory duties with the highest regard for safety.
Never leave children unsupervised at any time.
Prevent children from running between activity areas when this may cause a safety hazard.
Ensure that children do not enter designated out-of-bounds areas.
4. Risk Assessment
4.1 Identification
A risk assessment will be conducted at the start of each session to identify hazards and assess risks.
4.2 Control Measures
Appropriate control measures will be implemented to reduce risks to an acceptable level.
5. Training and Information
