Built From Two Worlds: Education and Industry.

Founded by siblings Donna and Gavin, Seren Arts was created from a shared belief in the transformative power of the arts. Bringing together backgrounds in both education and industry, Seren Arts combines high-quality performing arts training with a modern, supportive approach — helping young people grow in confidence, creativity, discipline, and self-belief on stage, screen and beyond.

Train as a Complete Performer.

– Our Training

At Seren Arts, students develop as confident, versatile performers through expert training in:

  • Singing

  • Dance

  • Acting

We go further than teaching disciplines in isolation. Students learn how to integrate these skills in performance—developing stage presence, adaptability and confidence.

Because in the real world, performers don’t specialise in silos—they perform as a whole.

As an Oxford Maths graduate, Donna spent 10 years working in the city of London before she settled into the education sector in 2014. A singer and musician she opened her first weekend performing arts school in 2016 whilst leading large scale educational research projects during the week.

As her performing arts school thrived Donna took on other leadership roles in the sector and most recently has served on several prominent education boards (the ISC, ASCL, EdStart and AA Educates).

A mum, an educational researcher and a child performer herself, she has huge belief in the arts particularly in a changing AI world.

Gavin is a graduate of both Sylvia Young Theatre School and Arts Educational School of London, and has worked in the performing arts industry his entire professional life.

A former bursary student, he experienced first-hand the impact of this training, beginning with a West End debut at just 11, before going on to build an Emmy-nominated career as a Hollywood television producer—bringing a unique perspective from both in front of and behind the camera, and a sharp instinct for what truly connects with an audience.

Seren Arts is his full-circle moment: creating a space where young people build confidence, presence, and a genuine love for the arts, grounded in the very same training that he was afforded as a child that shaped his own path.
